| After attempting do-it-yourself, home-hunting hell, we were seriously considering another year of wasted rent. We finally took the advice of friends and went to one of Holly's first-time buyer seminars. We left the seminar refreshed, renewed and refocused on the mission. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, and equally important, what we could afford. She offered explanations of the process without overburdening us with the dramatics typically associated with buying a home. Our experience was uneventful and exciting every step of the way. Holly is a brilliant balance of personality and professionalism. If we ever buy another home, we'll call her first. But we're so happy, I think we'll stay awhile. Not only did Holly find me a home, she picked the finishing features of the home for me because I was in where I resided. Holly was there to make sure everything went well and to the specifications we agreed on, and that all the documents and agreements were correct and in my favour. She was keen enough to find and point out errors I over-looked including those that appeared in the “Closing Documents” at the closing.
After the closing, she did not just tell me thanks and good-bye “nice to work with you”, she continued to call periodically to make sure we are adjusting and doing well. When she realized my furniture was late in being delivered, she located and arranged the use of air mattresses for my son and myself.
Holly still calls to see how we are doing and whether she could do anything for us. She is no ordinary real estate agent, she is a friend, a genuine human being, one this world could use more of. She is one agent I have no qualms recommending again and again to anyone needing the assistance of a real estate professional.

| We had been interested in buying investment property in Savannah, GA for some time. When we found a rental property with a small apartment attached, we knew we had found our place, especially since we could rent the house and keep the apartment for ourselves. We had a very good experience when we bought property in Atlanta through Holly. We called her to get information about a realtor we might use in Savannah. We were happy and surprised to learn that she could act as our realtor anywhere in Georgia. "We met Holly just when we started looking for our first new home together. Neither of us had ever owned a home before and we had been renting since we both graduated college. We came across an open house in one of the neighborhoods we liked in the Vinings and decided to stop in and see the place. Holly was showing this property for one her clients and we found her to be extremely professional right from the start. Last year, my husband and I decided that (for the sake of our sanity) that we wanted to sell our home in McDonough and move to Atlanta. We were both having to endure terrible commutes into Atlanta during rush hour traffic to get to our jobs. When I first met Holly, I had been with another realtor for six months and our home in McDonough had not sold yet. As one can imagine, we were extremely discouraged and weren’t quite sure what to do next. At the suggestion of another Keller Williams Realtor, I called Holly. She came to McDonough, told me exactly how we should set our home up for maximum marketability and made a firm suggestion of what our selling price should be. I cannot explain how important her honesty was at that point in the process. I did exactly as she suggested and our home sold in a month! Holly’s assistance extended further than the selling of our home. When my husband and I would drive around on the weekends to familiarize ourselves with neighborhoods, we called Holly to get her opinion…not only did she answer her phone, but no matter where we were in metro Atlanta she was always familiar with the area!
